Shipping policy

At Treasures of AZ Sweet Treats, we take great care in packaging our freeze-dried candy. Because freeze-dried treats are naturally light and fragile, all orders are securely packed to help minimize breakage during transit.

Once your order is shipped, responsibility for delivery and handling is transferred to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage, delays, or breakage caused by the shipping company during transit. Minor breakage may occur due to the delicate nature of freeze-dried candy and does not affect taste or quality.

If your order arrives with significant damage due to an error on our part (such as improper packaging or an incorrect item), please contact us at sales@toazsweettreats.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
